REFUND & RETURNS

Goods Return

MNE accepts refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:

·    Good is broken;

·   Good does not match the description;

·   Good is the wrong size.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

MNE product quality is guaranteed. This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued, outdated or have not been purchased from an authorized seller subject to MNE’s quality control standards.

Suppose a retail customer determines that it is unsatisfactory after purchasing an MNE product from an authorized seller. In that case, the customer must return it to the seller for replacement, credit, or a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Goods can be returned by sending them back to the original address. A package returned to MNE without a visible order number will not qualify for a refund. Also, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping Return

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at MotherNatureEssences@gmail.com

To return a good by mail, pack your goods, go to your nearest post office and pay the necessary postage.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, re-check your bank account or contact your financial institution since it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.
